what kinda is these?
kinda fair to me? GOD.
the doctor want me to be in cast to rest my whole limb and i have to walk around with my crutches. it kinda difficult for me. imagining u had two sticks and hobbles around. i was in cast merely less than 2 days, already starts grumbling... the whole reason why am i in the cast for this one month.
Cos i had injured one of my tendon. it is also due to my flat feets... AAARRR~
the real issue is my right feet had Tibialis Posterior Tendinosis.
so do my left foot too.
after one month of casting i will simply lost the ability of walking in this one month.
after that i need intensive physiotherapy for the next 1-2 months.
if this still pain. the last choice is i need to go for operation.
awwww... which i really dun want to go.
pls let me recovers soon.

for now, i had to stay at home and dun go out too often.
arrgggh, bringing a trouble ah ma going out like that.

hmm.. gonna wrap my foot with tons of clings before bathing.
i just simply hates when i'm sleeping.
i feel like wearing a huge side of boot to my bed, just kinda uncomfortable.
i had to bear with it for one whole month in this hot and stuffy cast.
i just can't wait to saw my cast NOW.

really need to thanks my cousin for giving me a ride back home.
with her fast and slow speedy speed in her mercedes.
enjoy my weekends over her house too. XD
