i dunch understand why singaporeans adults always put career first, family comes in second.

i dun see sgfamilies will spend time sitting down with their kids and talk and discuss.
everything think of themselves first instead of their kids.

this was not my first time seeing it.
if u happens, to see a family taking public transport .
most likely, u will see their parents scold their kids " walk faster walk faster ! trains lai liao or bus lai liao !"
compare to a japanese family.
it was totally diff.
they will wait for their kids to tap their ezlink before they tapped.
they talked to their kids nicely, teach them, talk to their kids.
even schools organise talks' and parents' session.
japfamilies take one day off to attend.
sgfamilies: "tell ur teacher, working not free"
sleep & sleep for 2 consecutive days.
